The Hills of Emyn Muil - Progression

The scenario ended up feeling especially easy so not much to discuss here...we did splash in song of kings and some minstrels to be able to get Steward of Gondor for some resource acceleration. Also while we were at it we threw in some Snowbourn Scouts because this scenario is location heavy. Northern Trackers were all-stars in this scenario.
