idea is, start with as much dwarfes as possible and exploit the Bonus of dain. with 2 bond of friendshipdeck this should be a way. the thorindeck begins with 5 dwarfes thx to bombur, and that means thorin begins with 2 res, dwalin can be played from the start at 1 res, gloin can be played 2. round.

king under the mountain should go to thorin, there are more mining issues, and the daindeck has ori for carddraw. Steward to dain. dain and bombur will become the defenders (well equipped can help) legacy goes there where more cards are needed (if dain has Steward, then there, else perhaps thorin). with Shield and Steward dain is at 5 def + mail he faces Dragons. for thread reduction the one deck has nori the other 2 favor of the valar, and both galadrims greeting if hard times come.
