Lux980 has a newer deck inspired by this one: Rossiel Secrecy
Resource acceleration is key to pay for Rossiel's encounter deck manipulation cards. Resourceful and Secrecy allow this deck to do that.
Mulligan for Resourceful. First copy goes on Glorfindel. Second on Mirlonde. Load up Rossiel with attachments. Once you have her set up to defend, feel free to also add some locations to the victory display. At that point, you can quest with all 3 hero's for 9, and still attack and defend.
Designed for Multiplayer, but will also function solo.
