Having decided to utilize the power of the Noldor to defy Saruman at Helm's Deep, I began considering the challenge posed by the next campaign quest, in which a player with no hand is immediately eliminated when facing Saruman. While I learned from BGamer Joe and Mr. Underhill's video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JeHyqmaM95E) that it is technically possible to defeat stage 3 in one turn and thus avoid losing to this effect, I am also experimenting with using Galdor of the Havens in place of the Erestor. This also enables me to include Test of Will without it being a dead card, but since I plan on having a hand I do not believe Eregion Survivor is worth including (although her health pool is nice).
The Ent subtheme could work out ok with Cirdan, and by relying less on Noldor allies, I am hoping to avoid overstretching this deck's comparatively weaker card drawing power. Note that some strong allies--Quickbeam being the prime example--are being used by other decks, forcing me to rely more on generic alternatives.
The Sword that Was Broken is intended to be played on Fellowship Aragorn using Reforged.
