This deck is not creative at all, it is a crowdsourced Thranduil Silvan deck.

I looked at all the decks with Thranduil to see what the most used heroes were with him. The most popular lineup by far was subsituting Thranduil into the classic Celeborn and Galadriel Silvan deck. I found decks from 28 different creators using this lineup and analyzed their contents.

To turn my analysis into a deck, I used the median deck card count to apportion card slots to the most popular choices in each category, trying to use the most popular count for each individual card until I ran out of space. I also limited the cards to a single core set.

The end result should be a stereotypical Thranduil deck -- one that only includes cards that others have used the most (by percentage, not raw count) in their own decks with this lineup. If you want the typical Thranduil experience, this may be a good fit -- and if it's not, don't blame me, blame the committee!

Thranduil's ability anti-synergizes with Galadriel's passive ally boost, but the main use of his ability would be to play tactics attackers or Greenwood Archer or Greenwood Defender that have little questing value anyways -- and it's a much better time to take advantage of GW archer's ready-a-hero ability. Silvan staple The Tree People is still in the deck, but requires Nenya to play, I think that is the most important target and should be mulliganed for. Celeborn will get Light of Valinor and Mirkwood Long-knife, Thranduil will get The Elvenking and Cloak of Lórien. With a strong defending hero (and some lesser defenders in the Defenders), Silvan Tracker finally becomes a useful ally for a Silvan deck by providing passive healing, all the other allies have useful abilities. Galion has the useful ability of being able to reliably trigger The Elvenking without hurting your board state.
