Primarily a questing, location control, and support deck to be played with Grant12000's Rohan 3 Hunters deck
Nenya is crucial for this deck. Hard mulligan for it. Galadriel's Mirror is the backup plan to dig for it. Also great to see a Raiment of War and Hobbit Pony in the opening hand, but not necessarily essential. Raiment can more of less important depending on the number of enemies and their relative strength.
This deck aims to keep threat low to avoid engagements. If it does engage an enemy then Fastred can return it to the staging area for Éomer to attack. Also included a few of the willpower boosting guarded cards as late game plays. They should be easy for Eomer and Bilbo to deal with. If guarded by a location Asfaloth and/or Arod can help explore them more quickly.
