wehehe has a newer deck inspired by this one: Tactics Eowyn joins the rangers of Ithilien.

As you can read in the name of the deck, this is supposed to feature the not released yet Tactics Eowyn. (I use Merry to spoiler her because it has the same starting threat, and it belongs to the same sphere)

This deck is meant to play in solo, although it can benefit from a partner which can provide great questing power.

Originally, I tried to play this deck with Faramir, Tactics Merry and Lore Pippin. The main purpose of the deck was trying attach a Great yew Bow to Faramir, keep as many enemies as possible in the staging area, and shoot them with Faramir and other rangers with ranger bows.

But that deck was too slow. Traps demand a lot of resources and I also was too fit in willpower. Eowyn solves the willpower, and some of the new lore allies (quickbeam, and mablung), also help providing willpower at a cheap cost.

Damrod helps in the other main weakness of the original deck, reducing the cost of the first trap played each turn, and providing a decent draw engine.

Once you have Anborn in play... you should be able to kill an enemy per turn, recicle a Ranger spike and play it again on the staging area, ready to trap the next enemy, and give you another card. This is the first version of the deck, and I'm sure there is a lot of space to improve it.

This is a modificitation of the initial deck. I just added Entangling nets, defenders of rammas, and arrows from the trees.

Tactics Éowyn is in RingsDB already.

You might want to add Forest Patrol in place of Arrows from the Trees, because the extra 3 resources in Tactics is a lot to spend.

@Relmbob She's in RingsDB, but I don't believe you can publish decks that include her until she's actually released.

That's exactly what happens, I can't publish the deck with Eowyn. Good point with forest patrol, I didn't remember the card when I updated the deck.
