At the time of building this deck, my collection only consists of all cycles through the end of the Ring-Maker cycle and all released Saga expansions. And one random Treachery of Rhudaur AP because it was on sale.
This deck was built as a potential deck to use at Gen Con 2016 against The Siege of Annuminas. That is part of the reason why the sideboard is rather large.
Basic Strategy:
Get out Eagles of the Misty Mountains early and use the disposable eagles to build it up, then Support of the Eagles goes on Boromir who handles nearly all of the combat. Sneak Attack is used for Beorn, Descendant of Thorondor or Gandalf usually for direct damage or threat reduction, but also occasionally card draw if the combo pieces are not showing up. Dunedain Cache and Signal are multiplayer considerations and can also be replaced with Dúnedain Mark or Dúnedain Warning. Mablung and Errand Rider are to help with resource acceleration/smooting, and Sam is there largely for low threat and to contribute to questing. Other hero possibilities are Prince Imrahil, Balin, and the new Tactics Eowyn from The Flame of the West.
