I think the Ents "enter play exhausted" strongly conflicts with Galadriel's "allies don't exhaust to quest the turn they enter play". You do only have a couple ents that this affects, but it's something to keep in mind. You might be better off with a different spirit hero?

@frozen doesn't that means I don't have to exhaust them ( which I couldn't anyway because they are exhausted) to commit them to questing? so it's a win

This actually has come up in forums before, here is a thread that eventually has the game designer Caleb come in and explain the ruling, which says essentially "If a character does not need to exhaust to take an action, it still has to be ready in order to perform that action."

I think the strictly "strongest deck" approach would be swapping out galadriel and all her toys (mirror, nenya, harp) for Glorfindel and all of his (light of valinor, asfaloth). I think another option to keep her threat reduction contribution would be Spirit Merry. or Eowyn of course if you find you need more questing power without nenya. You'll also need more card draw now so if you take those cards out I would definitely add something like Ancient Mathom.
