Woodygk3164 has a newer deck inspired by this one: First Deck - would love feedback - V3

Would love some feedback on my first deck build!

Wanted so split Leadership + Tactics as will be playing true solo

Updated based on community feedback :)

Hey, nice work on this deck! It was very fun and easy to pilot!

I just played it against Journey Down the Anduin - lost but that wasn't the deck's fault just bad draws on encounter cards.

I also played it against The Oath and won. As long as you find Sword that was Broken or Faramir early, questing is no problem. I had no issues with resources, just lacked card draw, which is normal for early leadership and tactics.

Here are my thoughts, for what they are worth.

Consider Taking out: Song of Battle - this deck had no problems with resources and between Errand-Riders & Partings Gifts, resource smoothing was just fine. Ever Vigilant - I had a copy of this in my hand for most of the game and never really needed to play it.

Not sure if you need 3 copies of both Guard of the Citadel & Naith Guide - they are nice but would prefer fewer copies if it opens up some card draw spots.

Consider Adding: Valiant Sacrifice - when allies leave play you can get some card draw and that will free you up to use Gandalf's threat reduction. Campfire Tales - not as good if only playing solo, but I willingly would have paid a resource for another card many times during my game.

Thanks for sharing this great deck, it was fun to play! Keep up the adventuring!
