Tomorrowcat has a newer deck inspired by this one: Rohan Red. Forth, The Three Hunters!

I made it from scratch for group play. I built it around the heroes; they do most of the heavy lifting. So, you want to use Eowyn and Heru for questing, use chump blockers and Theoden to kill if you have to, but in a group I can rely on friends to take enemies until I have... crap, this might not work how I want it to.

Maybe Onward Into Battle would be a very good option to this deck.

If you use Master Ironsmith you can include off-sphere cards too like Herugrim.
