This is the deck I used to defeat The Dungeons of Cirith Gurat for my Single Core Series.

I wanted to make sure a true Harad deck made it's way into the series at some point, and this quest is a good thematic choice for one. The deck is pretty simple to navigate. Use Kahliel with the help of a Imladris Stargazer and Zigil Miner to fund your Harad allies. Gandalf with #Narya can boost and ready these allies in the combat phase after they quest.
Like most Harad decks, it takes a few round to build up so you may lose in the early game, but once it is up and running it is extremely powerful.
