DECK NAME - Quite Charming Forest
OVERVIEW - Pretty easy win. Spam allies and win the quest in 3-5 rounds. Stage 3 won't enter play.
HEROES
- Eowyn - quest and pitch (if helpful)
- Frodo - quest and use response if needed; best to Mugash to Frodo
- Glorfindel - attach Light of Valinor
STRATEGY
- OPENING HAND - just try and get some good cards in hand; Saruman is great
- RIUND 1 - try and make 9 progress in round 1, then travel to Edge of Fangorn, adding a Deadly Huorn to staging
- ROUND 2 - leave Frodo ready and clear EOF then exhaust Frodo to claim Mugash and move on to stage 2, adding a Dark-Hearted Huorn to staging
- ROUNDS 3-5 - quest for the win
- Emery - put her into play for free using action
- Escort from Edoras - use for final push; watch out for Silvan Refugee
- The Riddermark's Finest - might be worth it to discard if there is an active location in stage 2
- Saruman - super helpful for stage 2; don't put out during stage 1
- Zigil Miner - you can possibly gain some resources from using his action; especially during stage 1 when progress isn't as necessary over 2 rounds; name 2 as your number; super helpful if you have an Imladris Stargazer in play
- Heart of Fangorn location - watch out for this one
- The Forest's Malice - if somehow you have 2 Huorns engaged with you, leave a chump ready in case this comes out; block with Frodo's action for first/only possible attack
- Low on Provisions - can't put excess damage on Frodo here so watch out
