That deck is a mix between a classic Caldara deck and a Noldor / Cirdan + Narya Fellowship contract.
Not only the resources always match (mono spirit), but the deck is pretty flexible when it comes to choose which ally is about to enter the Fellowship and from which source (hand or discard pile). Moreover, Caldara seems like an additional insurance when A Very Good Tale or Emery's action are played. Two main ways to play the Caldara's action here : 1) trigger her action to put some strong and expansive allies into play, and exhaust them to play A Very Good Tale in order to accelerate the contract's setup (then readying them with Narya) ; 2) trigger her action when you need the two last and / or strong allies to fullfill the contrats conditions.
Narya and Steward of Gondor are welcome in the opening hand.
That deck is playable in true solo, as long as there is not too much combat tension in the first two rounds.
