Main combo is to use Denethor or a Sneak Attack to get one ally into play early and Prince Imrahil to temporarily put an ally into play and then use A Very Good Tale to drop two more allies into play that will stay in play. You also produce so many resources you can play allies very quickly the old fashioned way.
Gandalf's ability and the use of Wizard Pipe will help make sure you get a good ally with Prince Imrahil's ability as well.
Secret Vigil and Favor of the Valar are in there to fix the high threat issue.
