When you activate this contract, at the refresh phase, if I have 3 restricted attachments on my heroes, , does the text on side B ''Each of your heroes can have 1 additional restricted attachment and gets +1 for each restricted attachment on it.'' means that my heroes can have a fourth restricted attachment?

No it's basically telling you again that you can have 3 restricted attachments each, otherwise you would lose that bonus from Side A getting back to 2 restricted attachments. — Alonewolf87 2390
Does it reduce a 1-costing attachment to 0? I've seen cards that do and don't specify whereas this wording does not. — Uruk-guy 548
Yes it reduces 1 cost attachments to 0 cost. Usually they include the minimum if doesn't allow you to go to 0. — kattattack22 859
Does it permit Tom Bombadillo, ranger of the north and eagle of the north to appear ? — Sycla63 1
I think so. as long as the ally is not in your player deck — GreenWizard 322
I agree with @GreenWizard — Truck 1451

If only you could include one or two copies of allies. Master of the Forge would work wonders in a Forth, The Three Hunters! deck. But then it would probably be way too overpowered. I also never realized that it's +1 for each restricted attachment, I thought each hero only got +1.

It only says your deck can't include any ally cards. Nothing to stop you using stand and fight to lift an ally from another players discard pile. Might be worth trying to put together a fellowship... — WolfOfWinter 1
Clever idea! Haleth would be good, too. — GreenWizard 322
