A fairly straightforward quest-focused Silvan deck using the lords of the Galadhrim to give Silvan allies both increased stats and action advantage to use them. Ideally, you want to see Nenya and O Lorien in your opening hand, asthese really jump start the game for the bouncy Silvan play.
There are a couple one-ofs that are fairly conditional, but oh-so-useful when you get them at the right time, like Light of Valinor, Ride Them Down, and Tighten our Belts. Treebeard is in there for flavor and well, to be Treebeard. He can shore up weaknesses in your attack or defense, and then ready himself to do the other.
