This is the deck I used at Con of the Rings 2018 to beat The Tower of Círíth Ungol. It also earned the Infighting acheivement (discard two enemies per player using encounter card effects). It was paired with a typical Sylvan deck.
Deck originally designed by Kitian with adjustments by me (he's not on Rings dB).
This also requires 2x #wiglag and 3x #wild Stallion. I will update when the cards are updated to ringsdb.
