This is a solo deck meant to get the most out of Cirdan with Bilbo allowing you to pick 2 of 3 cards each resource phase. I focused hard on getting noldor allies out quickly with To the Sea, to the Sea! and trying to get Narya and Unexpected Courage on Cirdan. When playing a sailing quest I always chose the Dawn Star for the additional card draw. I have one core set, the LOTR saga boxes, shadows of mirkwood cycle and 3 of the Dreamchaser AP's.
