No one will argue that Spirit isn't Rohan's home sphere. No one smart anyway. So which is their best "off sphere"? For some reason tactics seems to get the nod, my money is on Leadership. This deck is a great all-rounder that plays with Rohan's ever-present ally discard play. Full of cheap allies, which the King helps to make even cheaper, there are plenty of targets for Ride to Ruin nd Helm! Helm! Gamling helps you keep your allies flowing back and forth on the table, and Sneak Attack does major work. Use it on Gandalf as per usual, but another great target is a quest phase Eomund.
