Classic case of discarding Caldara for getting 2 (or 3 with Imrahil) high cost allies into play. The deck fuels itself with Cirdan and the Noldor discard abilities, while having some action advantage with Idraen and some of the location control cards in this deck. Certainly not optimal, as many good Noldor cards are used in different decks.
