pippin no longer sucks! (i hope)
bilbo baggins makes spirit pippin actually playable! thats something i never ever thought id see in this game and its awesome! pippin lets you knock back an enemy to the staging area for bilbo to get his boost from next turn! it makes attacking and defending almost nonexistent due to bilbo and sting and pippin which is fantastic! at the beginning of the game look for your secrecy cards or threat reduction. then just snesk arround enemies or use pippins abiltiy to use your boosted bilbo!
card choices
dunedain hunter:
gets an enemy for pippin to send back and bilbo to hit.
wait no longer:
gets an enemy for pippin and reduces the cards revealed by one
sting:
beefs up bilbo, fuels his ability, lets him deal an extra damage to the enemy if having to defend and makes it
a good meal:
makes events cheaper play it on pippin or bilbo depending on your hand

Apr 12, 2019Yeah, can really recommend the Ranger Bow. It was a star in some of my runs with my pippin-deck: |

Apr 12, 2019Anything with Spirit Pippin that isn't trolling gets a like from me! |
Apr 13, 2019I never thought I'd see the day Spirit Pippin would be in a truly viable deck! Props to you, SamthemanGamgee! |
Cool deck concept!
You could add in some Ranger Bows to pick off enemies faster. You might want Double Back as well for threat reduction. And if you don't do combat, what's Glamdring for?
The card draw here seems pretty low. Apart from Glamdring it's non-existant. I'd recommend finding room for Peace, and Thought and Master of the Forge,
