Nice Deck! Suggestion though: Seeing as Black Arrow requires a ranged hero, (not to mention that Eowyn is essentially 2 of them anyway), perhaps it would be better to swap it out for something else. With the heavy focus you have on weapons, why not consider Foe-hammer?
Of course, if a Dunedain support deck were to have Dúnedain Cache, and it were moved onto Eowyn, she could play Black Arrow...
