Made in aneffort to beat NM Carn Dum with a really thematic Gondor deck. It managed to do so with a reasonable winrate (2/4 games won), however you do need to be very careful in cnsidering your options and your tempo. Aragorn is the only card without the Gondor trait, but since he is literally their king and spent his Thorongil years there I do not consider this a thematic issue. Also, the Doomed stuff relating to the Palantir is very thematic in a deck that runs Denethor!
Strategywise, the deck is easy to play: Just spam out your hand in the most efficient way possible. Doomed helps you massively early on and you can just reset your threat with Aragorn.
You should usually mulligan for resource acceleration (SoG, Seeing Stone or LoN) but there are instances where you keep a hand without source acceleration or where you ditch a hand that has some. Having one of the willpower-boosting cards and card draw is also fantsatic. There is no "one card" to mulligan for, but you should get a feeling what constelations are worth keeping after you play the deck a few times. It also changes with each quest, in Carn Dum, you can avoid willpower the first couple of turns so you do not necessarily need StwB, Visionary Leadership or Faramir. In other quests (e.g. Hills of Emin Muil) you do need high willpower turn one so you should look for one of the boosting cards.
I hope you enjoy the deck, feedback is as always appreciated!!!
