I put this together for the solo league May challenge which is listed over on the FFG forums.
Quests are:
Flight from Moria (Khazad-Dum)
The Watcher in the Water
Shadow and Flame
Mandatory hero is one of Bifur, Dwalin, Lore Aragorn, and Elrond.
Decks should be constructed from Core Set cards, Kazad-Dum, Dwarrowdelf, and Hobbit saga cards.
My plan with this one was to actually go through some Dwarrowdelf quests with a dwarf deck. Its hard to believe but I did not use a dwarf deck in my initial play through of Dwarrowdelf.
Cards from outside the elected cycles and a single core set are
