Inspired by Letux's Elrond, Radagast, Beravor deck, this deck uses Smeagol to start with lower threat.

The deck has multiple ways to speed up getting the eagles and bears into play. Vilya is straightforward (simply Wizard Pipe the biggest ally you have in hand onto the top of your deck and put it into play for free with Vilya), but Scroll of Isildur only costs 1 in this deck, and you can Barter it into a resourceful or Sword-Thain to boost subsequent resource gain. Radagast's staff is also useful to help ramp up a board state quickly.

Card draw is typically not a problem with 3 copies of Mithrandir's Advice, Gleowine, The Messenger Ravens, Smeagol, and the Wizard Pipe/Vilya combo netting a card per turn. You can burn through most of the deck pretty easily...which leaves a fun end state. The Giant Bears are great fun, but using their action to get multiple attacks for +4 and to place them back in the deck of 0 other cards so that you can play them again to make it so Radagast does not exhaust to quest...is fun. Even doing that twice is typically not a problem since Vilya can bring in one, and the other can be paid for from the Resourceful heroes.

Starting hand: There are a lot of good cards you want to see. Vilya, Wizard Pipe, Radagast's staff, or World of Command to go get one of those three are among the most important items.
