This deck was created in honor of the holidays and due to the fact that I was looking for a mid-strength deck to test an encounter deck.
The King Under the Mountain, the King of the Woodland Realm, and the King of Gondor team up in this deck that takes advantage of both the Silvan and Dwarf traits.
The deck is primarily a dwarf swarm at its core. Use A Very Good Tale and Unlikely Friendship to build a board quickly (preferably in combination with Sneak Attack/Gandalf). Once there are a decent number of allies in play, the willpower is quite high thanks to the boost from Dain and Sword that was Broken.
All phases of the deck are quite fun and have a lot of options thanks to the Silvan archetype. Galadrim Minstrels are an MVP early game in order to return to hand for Feigned Voices or The Elvenking. Use their "enter play" effect to search out the events that keep the ramp going. In the combat phase, use Thranduil's ability to play whatever ally is best suited to help at the moment.
Though not the most thematic, Steward of Gondor is a great help. If going for maximum theme, choose an extra copy of O Lorein and Greenwood Archer instead.
