Elrond, Hirgon and Radagast are all great ways to get out winged friends into play, so why not bring all 3? Combined with Lore's card draw you can easily be swarming Eagles by the second round. Vilya, Radagast's Staff or a Word of Command to find either are all cards to mulligan for. Get an Eagles of the Misty Mountain into play early and airstrike your orc enemies back into Mordor.

would reduce gwaihirs debt or increase the unique eagles. (+ 2 meneldor) if reducing the debt i would add more ravens for it.

if adding 2 meneldor i would reduce either word of command or the the neutral attachements (dont need 3 of each of them if u command them, or dont need as much commands if u have allready 3 copies)

even if u do not change it, at least i would add the red arrow. imo THE hirgon-attachement.

another thought: perhaps replace mithrandirs advice with deep knowledge, the gandalfs can reduce thread.

I just took a (slightly) modified version of this deck into a 4-player game against Mount Gundabad. It performed very well! We didn't quite make it, but it was sooo close.
