christottey85 has a newer deck inspired by this one: GET OFF THE ROAD!!

So this is a deck i made for fun that has a sort of "bouncing threat, distraction" theme, but turned out to play surprisingly well, it was paired with another players range heavy tactics deck that did a lot of the fighting but i still held my own and took down enemys by using small target, gandalf and treebeard. Lots of up and down threat through merry upon revealing enemys to pippin bouncing them back up and the use of free to chose, elfhelm, hobbit pipe, smoke rings and lots of other up and down combos . ally sam will be an auto include upon release. Its no power deck but is HELLA FUN!!! And fares a lot better in practice than on paper. So give it a try ;)

With OHaUH Gandalf in there already, did you think about throwing in a wizard's pipe, too, to get better use out of smoke rings? Also, do you find you get much use out of Free to Choose or Tides of Fate? I feel like they look good on paper, but would be dead weight in your hand a lot of the time -- could sub those out for more smoke rings and some Galadhrim's greetings (and another shipwright!).
