Sam and Rosie's Duet is a Grey Wanderer Master Songs deck that borrows from the recently announced Challenge of the Wainriders pack.

Fellowship -> The Grey Wanderer

Setup: Start with The Grey Wanderer, The One Ring and Strider in play, add Inner Strength to hand

Sam starts off questing without exhausting for 5 with Strider. Immediate priority is to set Rosie up with Sword-thain, Fireside Song, and a couple Fast Hitches. As she learns more songs, she'll be boosting both Sam's and either or by 6-8+ by the end of most quests. Sam's own willpower will get to similar levels when you find your next Fireside Song, resulting in lots of willpower without exhausting anyone for the quest stage.

Master cards will save you from the worst of the encounter deck (treacheries, shadow effects, high ).

Sam (+Bill) can use Grey Wanderer's ability to take 3 damage and fully heal each turn.

Bill the Pony and the elves will drop in free or cheap to soak some damage.

Any way (or need) to mix in a few copies of The Shirefolk?

Looks like fun. But it also looks like there are a lot of moving pieces. How about thinning your deck by dropping three cards and counting the sideboard in the main deck (I think they all can properly count)? Might make finding everything a smidge easier.

If I could pick 3 cards to remove, I'd probably just replace them with 3x Heed the Dream, and maybe drop a Drinking Song for a Gather Information.

Or maybe try out the newly announced Master attachments:

Strength and Courage

I really like this deck. If you like to play normal or nightmare mode, I would probably keep Inner Strength. If you like to play easy mode, I would probably replace Inner Strength with Power of Command (Master card to be released with Challenge of the Wainriders). Also, Rivendell Scout is a nice and free Ally, but I would probably switch it out with Galadriel to help search for Attachments and scrying the player deck.
