This is a fun and yet potent Gondor deck. The goal of the deck is to blitz the encounter deck with quality allies. Ideally in the opening round you will draw in to several doomed cards and at least ome legacy of numenor and hit the 40 threat threshold. At thia point you will have several cards and 4L, 2S and 2L resources. Sometimes I play an opening round Gaurd of the white tower but it is also fun to play herald of anorien and use his ability to play a second 2 coat ally. So you can, often, get Mablung, Knight of Belfalas, Herald of Anorien, Angbor the Fearless, Ioreth and a second 2 cost ally into play. With your threat at 40 ideally you will have a Soldier of Gondor in hand and can play it with Lothirels ability to gain more allies to play in the next round. With the addition of Elf Stone you can play high cost allies without finding Steward of Gondor. It also allows you to play out of sphere cards, in this case Boromir. If the first round goes well and you have several allies in play you can then lower your threat in the following refresh phase. With Steward you can begin to maneuver to play high coat allies. Or focua on questing with Vsionary Leadership to play them with Elf Stone. Or do play a traditional build but with several allies already on the table.
