Inner Strength is Well Preserved. Round shield is Golden Belt. The Burglar's Turn is The Grey Wanderer.
Go for Strider as your starting attachment, and use The One Ring to grab Well Preserved. From there have fun. Gloin should regularly be able to take attacks undefended and generate a ton of resources for you. 1 - 2 copies of Citafel Plate should help with this.
