Turn 1 Treebeard with Timely Aid feels great every time! :) The low threat of the hobbits and the enter exhausted issue of the Ents works very well together. Merry keeps your threat low, so you can stay in secrecy the whole game. Playing solo it is a bit scenario and draw related, but Sneak Attack Gandalf will bring you back to secrecy easily.
