Fairly straightforward Doomed deck, making use of Saruman's Staff, Deep Knowledge and Leather Boots to get cards and have ready heroes.
Works well alongside a combat-focused deck, and is effective at getting lots of cards in players' hands. The deck has a very low cost curve, and you can usually play whatever allies you draw that round.
It has a fair amount of anti-location tech, but the Doomed cards are conditional. However, you usually end up with so many in your hand that you have whatever tool you need for the situation.
Your starting hand needs to include either the Staff, or Wizard's Voice and Deep Knowledge / Far-Sighted. Leather Boots and Light of Valinor are nice to have early on too, but not critical.
Dwarven Tomb is probably going to get your Test of Wills back, but it's a solid utility card for dead Handmaidens and discarded Light of Valinors.
Swap Steward of Orthanc for Mirkwood Explorer if you like drawing cards and locations aren't an issue.
