An interesting Harad - Cirdan alliance with Side Quest mechanics included. Deck bases on high-cost allies, not only from Harad. Very fun to play. Strong, but not good enough to beat hardest scenarios. The most important side quest is The Storm Comes. It's good to start with that or Steward of Gondor or Silver Harp.

Where is Narya? If you want to use strong allies, and Cirdan in the same deck. The ring is a MUST.

It's good idea. I rarely play with Narya with other decks, because I often use cheap allies, but in this deck Narya can be vergy good, especially, when Cirdan has Light of Valinor.
