The Purple Wizard 1151
This is the deck Chad played in our Nightmare campaign against Journey to the Cross-Roads.
This is a modified version of my Mono-Lore of the Eagles deck that focuses more on questing and taking down big enemies in the staging area. The biggest addition is The Great Hunt and Scroll of Isildur, which can take down a mighty Oliphaunt without having to go through the mess of engaging it. This deck also wants to provide sentinel defense for the Haldir partner deck in case of certain treacheries so Arwen Undómiel was bumped up to three copies. Beyond that, it's mostly just get the key attachments in play so you can pump out allies and try to quest over the rising threat in the staging area each round. The locations in this quest are no joke.
