While not technically 'starting' quite under the 20 threat limit this deck packs enough threat reduction that you aught to be able to be at the secrecy point within 2-3 rounds. It also is primarily using the secrecy benefit for Resourceful and leveraging Legolas + Great Yew Bow to tackle many enemies in the staging area.
