Song of Wisdom is Song of Healing Veteran of Osgiliath is Wandering Exile.
Galdor will help draw you an insane amount of cards. Arwen always quests. Elrond defends, and Galdor is versatile. The deck's main weakness is going to be attacking early on, so make sure to leave allies ready to do this. Light of Valinor should go onto Elrond to take advantage of his Willpower. Vilya is not requisite for this build, but it may help to further things along when you have the activations. It will likely work best at the end of the round if Elrond is still ready.
