One of the biggest knocks about the Dunedain archtype is its inability to quest reliably or efficiently. Well let me tell you, the Spirit/Leadership Dunedain combo laughs that notion into oblivion. This deck starts with 7 willpower on heroes alone, more than enough on the first few turns. In fact, this deck quests so well and takes out locations so easily that I have even included a few Dunedain Pathfinders in the sideboard to fish up more locations for a free ally and to trigger Idrean if you feel so inclined. In addition, Aragorn and Idrean will seldom be exhausted during the combat phase. This makes Idrean one of the few great targets for Silver Lamp, which is invaluable in a Dunedain deck. If needed, Heirs of Earendil can nerf a location at will. The threat will be negligible as there are a variety of threat reducing options. I find it somewhat entertaining that the biggest weakness of an archtype can be built into a decks biggest strength, while still keeping within the archtype and thematic boundaries.
