Okay so this deck isn't for those 50 card purists - but at least I kept it under 150 cards. If you do choose to reduce the size of the deck - or if I guess even if you want to make it larger - I recommend that about 75% of the deck remain allies in order to nearly guarantee that you draw at least two allies each turn.
This is a very specialized deck really meant only for questing. The main strategy behind this deck is to use Faramir to boost all your allies for questing and play as many allies as you can to capitalize on his ability. When testing out the deck since it can usually play two allies a turn, that means you should be adding about 3-5 will power each turn with Faramir's ability. This deck, of course, is not going to do particularly well with effects that deal damage to every character - although even if that does happen at least Erestor lets you rebuild relatively quickly. This is not a solo deck, but it is good in a multiplayer setting where other people can take care of combat.
If you happen to get steward put it on Arwen to maximize your ability to play the recursion cards.
Shuffling will be challenging and people will roll their eyes at you if you bring in this deck to play with them - a true win-win!
Enjoy!
