Lots of threat reduction, lots of resource generation. As usual hobbits will struggle with combat, and not include Merry/Tactics more so. But they've got some powerful allies they can call on in this deck.
Guardian of Rivendell has nice synergy nicely with Glorfindel. You've also got strong question power fairly quickly even drawing only a single Silvan Refugee.
