Although this deck plays very good solo, it is ment as part of a two-deck fellowship. The other deck is also a hobbit deck.

Rosie Cotton gets to carry The One Ring from Frodo and Power of Command. Thanks to Frodo's ability and a fast hitch, she will quest and be ready to further add her willpower in the quest phase and/or in the combat phase, whenever she is needed. Mount her on a hobbit pony for extra quest control if you want. I have included many unique characters in order to get maximum benefit from Power of Command.

For extra quest and quest control, you have Faramir, equip him with a pair of Leather boots and you are good to go. The second pair of leather boots can go on any one, but I always like them on Gléowine.

The defense is handled by Frodo and the standard hobbit equipment (Hobbit Cloak, Staff of Lebrethron and Amoured Pony), Rosie Cotton can add her Willpower of 5 to Frodo's defense against tough enemies, otherwise save it for a +5 on Folco's attack. Together with the other deck, thanks to Arwen, Frodo is a sentinel and can defend across the table.

There is really not much more. The one think is these decks are meant to do a lot of control, both through controlling the amount of committed to the quest, by controlling the encounter deck with Risk Some Light, Test of Will and recurring the cards with Nori and location control with the Northern Trackers. These are decks to turtle, they won't pair good with fast and explosive decks like Three Hunters decks :)
