Core Set (3) only Tactics / Leadership deck aimed at being decent against the first two adventures in the Core Set.
It intended to be played with my House of the Golden Flower deck which can heal Gloin as needed. This deck should probably make either Denethor or Eleanor the Steward of Gondor, relying instead on a Horn of Gondor for its own resource acceleration.
