try to give the noble trait a chance. there are very few allies with nobletrait, so it should be a huntersdeck.
nobles should be rich, thats why denethor and arwen. legolas is very good because of his ability. since every hunter has a courage or the light, his ability will secure 2. action of denethor (with flipped contract he quests at least for 3) or from arwen (with 2 swords she attacks for 3/5)
search for steward and elvenlicht in the startinghand or try to make contract 1. round. (need 5, 1. sword or shield is for free on each hero, the last 2 can be payed by denethor, or for circles by the others).
for the heavy armor you better have the steward in play.
