LotR Campaign Saga starting with Black Riders.

Sets: All LotR Campaign plus cards through the end of Ring Maker Cycle

3 Vilyas and and 2 Stewards offers 5 solid openers.

Damrod should be discard early and often in Quest Phase for threat control which leaves only 4 dead top deck cards (1x Steward, 2x Vilya, 1x Light of Valinor) if Vilya is used in combat phase.

Steward (if played) should find Elronds capable hand.

Plus only a handful of situational cards.

Why Boromir?

@jvader: I should have mentioned this is deck #4 of 4 for the group. Including Boromir gets all 8 OG Fellowship in the group and doubles up on leadership for Steward of Gondor. despite the downside for Sam Plus gives the +1 to interact with the other Gondor allies in the other decks.

We ended up cutting down to 1x Damrod and added in Lembas and Asfaloth for the first test which went very well.
