Updated for A Knife in the Dark. I added Tireless Hunters, Lore Faramir ally, Mablung ally, and Son of Arnor to engage Bill Ferny

I wanted to use hero Gandalf for start of LotR Saga campaign. I originally built it as mining deck with a little bit of side questing bonus. I kept wanting to add more cards. I decided that I would try building it as a Council of the Wise deck so I use all the cards I wanted to and see how it went.

Generally want to start with Gather Information as the starting side quest. Then once it is completed you can find Gandalf's Staff, Wizard Pipe, or Steward of Gondor (in order of priority there). Gandalf's Staff really shines in this deck since it can really help with early card draw or resource acceleration if not already getting much from the contract.

The contract primarily should be used for threat reduction. After that resource acceleration is helpful since Gandalf already gives the deck an extra card per turn.

The deck name came about because I accidentally typed it as the Cow version at first. It's kinda stuck now for me. I'm terrible at naming my decks anyway.

The sideboard is hopefully future proofing the deck for the next few LOTR Saga quests. Mostly other possible tech cards to steer it for more location control, healing, combat ability, etc.
