I was aiming to have a bit of everything here for a 3 player game. Decent card draw, ranged hero, sentinel hero, treachery cancellation, and a fair focus on questing and placing progress tokens.a
Thanks to @Truck for pointing out that this wasn't using any Rohan heroes, so I renamed it. I'm also fairly new to publishing so I'm publishing again to get my updates out there.
Maybe I'm missing something obvious about modifying a published deck's card list?
