Horn of the Mark should definitely be a consideration in a deck kile this. Gúthwinë too.

I 100% agree with @Alonewolf87. Spear of the Mark is good but after a while you end up fighting enemies engaged with you. At that point it's good to recur allies while you slay enemies :)

Horn of the Mark was practically made for Lotheriel and Rohan/Gondor decks. You have a perfect setup for it so far
