Set it up so Bard (with Cram, Blade of Gondolin and Orcrist) dispatched with the two Bodyguards of Blog. Thorin then took an undefended attack from Bolg--Dori valiantly sacrificing himself for his leader--and finished Bolg off with Glamdring, Dwarrowdelf Axes, double Durin's Song and Khazad! Khazad!
Heroic, though not particularly climactic... ...and no, Keeping Count didn't pan out though Bard had one in play with a ton of counters.
