Honestly I'm surprised there isn't a lot of outland decks out.
STRATEGY -Its quite easy really. Spend Gildor's resources to draw cards for ally's. Put Steward onto Hirluin as well as Lord of Morthond. Just put in as many outlands as possible. Mulligan for Steward and at least one Ethir Swordsman.
